Imagine a day without sensory meltdowns.

You can become the calm in the storm — and the chaos-eliminator your child needs.

With our Sensory Coaching Packages, you’ll uncover the why behind your child’s behaviors and learn expert strategies, custom-fit for their sensory needs. Stay connected, build trust, and watch them blossom into the curious, adventurous child they’re meant to be.

Step into your role as the calm, confident guide—and bring peace back to your home.

Our nervous systems are constantly processing sensory information.

When this process gets disorganized, it can send our sensory responses into chaos, often appearing as challenging behaviors.

Here’s what’s really happening in your child’s body:

It may seem like your child is being stubborn on purpose — hitting, kicking, screaming when you think they should have control.

This is actually a cry for help and connection. Their sensory system is overwhelmed and needs support to get back on track.

Other signs of sensory dysregulation might include:

  • Heightened anxiety

  • Irritability, constant “no’s”

  • Big emotional outbursts

  • Struggles with social situations

  • Trouble transitioning between tasks

  • Difficulty focusing

Do you feel like no one understands?

Whether it’s friends, family, or even medical professionals — it often feels like no one really “gets” how exhausting it is to face everyday tasks like getting dressed, taking a bath, or just leaving the house.

If you find yourself walking on eggshells to keep the peace, you’re not alone — and there is help.

Sound familiar?

If you’re tired of the constant battles and meltdowns, ready to break free from the cycle, and want to work with your child instead of against them — but feel lost on where to start…

We’re here to help you shift from rigidity to flexibility, and guide your child toward calm, connection, and curiousity.

Have questions about which package is right for you?

Question: Is it sensory or is it behavior?

The answer is always YES!

Behavior is a direct result of sensory responses.

We know that cookie cutter sensory diet answers are just a band-aid that won’t last the test of time. We help you focus on your relationship and connection to build in predictability, accommodations, and flexibility.

The result?

You and your child will develop true sensory regulation skills to learn to adapt to new situations more easily.

It's time to break free from the cycle of stress and unpredictability

Imagine a life where daily tasks aren't a constant struggle, where outings with your family are enjoyable experiences rather than chaos.

No more holding your breath and hoping for the best when you step out the door. With our support, you'll learn how to anticipate and address potential challenges before they escalate into meltdowns.

Our sensory coaching packages help you unravel the complexities of your child's sensory challenges and implement strengths-based strategies so your child feels comfortable in their own skin.

Say goodbye to walking on eggshells and hello to a future filled with connection, understanding, and joy.

  • While every human is a sensory being and we all have sensory needs, the children we see struggling the most with sensory regulation might appear within these broad categories:

-Touching everyone and everything in sight, can’t keep hands to themselves

-Unintentionally hurting themselves or others, overly aggressive and unaware of how much force they are using

-Kids who appear overly clumsy but still seek out lots of opportunities to jump, spin, and crash

-Kids who tend to get overwhelmed easily by loud noises, bright lights, busy environments, and new situations

-Kids who have difficulty completing everyday routines like getting dressed, bathing, grooming, toileting and bedtime

  • Many parents are looking for help with their preschoolers and early elementary age children, but the strategies can also be implemented with babies older than six months.

  • While we will be able to support you through the diagnosis process and guide you to other professionals who can give a diagnosis, we do not formally diagnose. We have worked with hundreds of families pre-diagnosis and early diagnosis and can successfully implement proven, research-based strategies regardless of diagnosis status.

  • No. Coaching services are not a covered service under insurance, leaving flexibility in service provision and earlier assistance not reliant on diagnosis.

  • Yes! I frequently work with families in Canada and the UK, as well as the US. I have consulted in Germany and Japan as well.

  • As soon we receive payment, you’ll receive a welcome email with all of the details. You’ll be sent an intake and a contract to fill out and a link to schedule your first 1:1 session!
